The Bulgarian Sunday School

in Montreal opened its doors on March 3, 2002

The date was not chosen randomly: it is an expression of the faith we have in succeeding with this Bulgarian endeavour abroad. There was great excitement among the parents enrolling their children; the teachers were just as excited: they felt connected to this Renaissance-like venture.

The smile on children’s faces, the enthusiasm and the sparkle in their eyes – all this was contagious.

Thank God, it continues to this day, for a fourth year in a row.
